Return & Refund

At COTTONIX, every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final (Made-To-Order Policy)

All products are printed and fulfilled specifically for you once an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not require returns for damaged items unless specifically requested.

3. Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact your local carrier

  3. Wait 3 business days

If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate.

COTTONIX is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take fraud and abuse seriously.

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first at support@cottonix.com to resolve any issue before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Evidence submission to your payment provider

  • Account flagging for fraudulent activity

  • Refusal of future service

We maintain detailed fulfillment records, shipping confirmation, and tracking data for dispute resolution.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
